Service Description
A seemingly random pattern of despair and disappearances around trains and depots has gotten the attention of Captain Cornelius who has put together a team to investigate. But is it random? There is one train in particular that is especially mysterious, whose passengers behave erratically, become ill, or experience very bad luck after disembarking. Who or what is on that train?? Join the party to help them figure it out and put a stop to it! This is a one-shot designed for experience players (no tutorial) and includes everything you need to play. It is not required that you have ever played level 6, just that you know how to play (e.g. know the difference between the dice and when to use them, know how to do skill checks, saving throws, opportunity attacks, cast spells etc.). We provide the characters for you to choose from and final selection will be made at the start of the game. We will do our best to give everyone what they want and we will have a roll off in the case of 2 people requesting the same character. You are always welcome to re-flavor your character including name and gender. We will do our best to post the characters to our socials before game day to ease the character selection decision, and you will have the choice to use our custom character sheets or play digitally on DnDbeyond.com (bring your own device). We begin at 6pm and the game is expected to go to 9:00 but can go overtime (so we have added an extra 30mins on the calendar just in case). This is an ages 21+ event with drinks and light snacks provided. We provide dice, trays, minis, character sheets, snacks and drinks -- all you need to bring is yourself (and your device if you wish to use a digital character sheet)! Experienced players are welcome to bring their own dice and trays if preferred. A note on safety tools: Role playing games can present challenging topics or situations. This is an adult only game and we expect adult themes and situations to come up during play, though we never allow sexual assault by anyone. Please let us know if you have any subject sensitivities during checkout. We will also use the X-card tool during game. (Please note: a reservation is required for each player as we only have room for 6 players and 6 characters prepared.
